Attempt…

Attempt
I play badminton almost everyday for 2 hours…
I was out of practice but decided to start… restart…
All other players were playing in full swing and I was running in all direction to return the shuttle…
I kept attempting to get the game right… with power…with mind… reflex… with all… I was attempting and I got it right…
Now it’s difficult to beat me…
It’s so important to attempt, to achieve… anything…everything…
Two days back one injured rat entered out badminton court… We stopped…
I made thud sound with my shoe near him and he made angry sounds and ran towards me… As a reflection I went two steps back…:)
Superb… an injured rat is attempting to fight and literally scared me…I went two steps back…
He took over the court for sometime… we just stood there…
So many times we just give up assuming that now it’s over…
Nope… it’s never over… Just keep trying…
We can achieve more than what we think…
Koshish karke toh dekho…
I am learning classical music from Gwalior gharaana… my Guru ji Ustaad Sajjad Hussain is a die hard positive person… more than meJ
I keep goofing up in “sur” and he keeps correcting me… I love his zeal for teaching and he loves mine for learning…
He starts his first teaching class at 9am and it goes till 9pm…for twelve hours he can teach.. I can at least spend two hours in learning… hai na…
I know I am just trying… I don’t know if I will ever learn music in its complete form…
But I know I am at least attempting…
We are so full of excuses and reasons.. just leave all…jump…learn… attempt… try…
It’s one life and so much to do…:)
A rat can fight back… a vivek sharma can play badminton and learn music… so you all are toh so talented and so full of life…
What’s stopping you…:)
Attempt… NOW…….
And you will be surprised with success…
Trust me…:)

Complex Emotions…
Long back someone asked me, what is the one word for “paap” in English…
I replied, sin…
Ok what’s the one word for “punya”
I took a pause, thought and replied, good deed…
Ya but its not one word…. English dictionary doesn’t have one word for “punya”
Or may be they don’t have any concept of “punya”
Well, that’s not possible… every existing human goes through feeling of goodness and guilt.
In cinema, we generally believe that there are only 14 stories and few emotions.
But I believe there are several stories and just two emotions.
Love and Hate….
Combination and permutations of these two emotions create more emotions…
Complex emotions.
Which you can’t define.
Sometimes…
I remember in college days if we fight with certain student, whole group will boycott that person.
Then in relations, in blood relations or cousins, whoever would create problem for us, we would discard them forever.
When I came to Mumbai, I witness a complete different world.
New world of emotions.
Nobody is anybody’s friend or enemy.
It’s a strange problem.
I am brought up with two definite emotions and now I get confused to see my close people getting in touch with people who were discarded by us long time ago.
When I ask my friends, they are very “cool” about it.
My family speaks to all those relatives who have created so much of problem in our lives once.
I get amazed.
I am not saadhu… I don’t want to be.
But I want to remain human being, with just two basic emotions.
Black and white… good and bad… loves or hate…
The whole concept of forgiving is fine, but no one can bring back that loss of time or amount of stress we have gone through in fights or in confusion of complex emotions…
I had written it before… Ussi Se Thanda… Ussi Se Garam…
I have recently witnessed strange behavior from my own friends. I am amazed to think, to analyse, to realise that how un-important I am in their lives.
They all are so dying to leave me.. to dis-connect with me…
Now I am again in the trap of complex emotions.
Maine jiske liye out of the way jaake kuch kiya… ab wo mujhe nakaar raha hai…
Generally, main jisse ek baar dua deta hoon toh phir baddua nahi deta…
But what I am trying to know is that, do we all go through these complex emotions?
I think we all get confused in the process to remain good, good human being.
But trust me, its not worth it.
We must over come complexity of emotions.
Jo ghalat hai… wo ghalat hai…
Even if it’s done by our own blood…
Defending someone for wrong reason is really wrong…
Life is one way traffic… Jo beet Gaya… Wo Ghuzar Gaya…
So many people come in our lives and leave us… so many times we leave them…
And each incident gives us a new shade of emotion…
A new complex emotion…
If you stop and look back.. you have matured… in wrong direction…
Aren’t we indirectly taking revenge with someone?
That’s the result of complex emotion…
We forget humour and become sarcastic…:)
Its just an analysis.. you don’t have to agree with me…but I am clear…
I am not confused… as far as emotions are concerned….
Mwaaaaahh………….:)

Condition Yourself…
Life is unpredictable… so are we…
Mood swings, attitude change, change in relations… so many seasons we go through..
Some we choose, some we just face…
We must learn to condition ourselves with all kind of unpredictable happenings in our lives.
No matter if its on the professional front or personal front.
Animals have an amazing instinct to forecast weather. We have that instinct too but we believe that it won’t happen.
But it happens. And it bothers us.
We are never ready. I don’t know why.
We never anticipate. We generally take it easy. Its like studying only in last three months for the exam.
In cinema we travel a lot. In different time zones to different moods of unit members.
No one can imagine how we go through mood swings of 400 people. That’s the strength of any regular unit most of the time.
Everyone is so demanding, expects more than their status. Not ready for the unpredictable.
Largely seasons are set. We know three definite seasons. We know when it arrives but even then we remain lazy to condition ourselves.
I am talking about life, and its unpredictable ways. When we are not ready, we call it hurdle… When we are ready we call it process…
And process we always enjoy…:)
Condition yourself. Don’t crib. Just come out of your comfort zone and enjoy.
We are the privileged ones who have better life, better food and major survival instinct. Just use it correctly and be ready.
Don’t get surprised, surprise life with your preparation.
Face it head on. .
And be a winner….

Colours Of Life… :)

Bright As Life
I was coming back from my music class..
Guru ji ne bohat saari raag rehearse karai…
Mood achcha tha…
I took a turn towards khar danda… Basti area…
Huge traffic but music was on my mind…
So I did not mind…
Two kids stared knocking my car window from outside… with a smile and hope…
I asked them what do they want…?
Uncle aage tak chhod do na…
I smiled and allowed them to sit.
And they took over my car…
Started checking air conditioner to its power to the rear view mirror to music system.
Iski toh…
I asked what do they do?
They both replied that they are in 4th standard and generally they take lift from some carwaala.
One kid saw the poster of Wanted and screamed, wanteddddddd… salman bhaaaaai…
I said, “film dekhi tum dono ne?”
They both excitedly replied, “haaaaan…:)
I politely asked, “Bhoothnath dekhi…?”
They became very happy…
“haan, kitti baar dekhi…”
I was wearing my sunglasses and with a lot of style I said, “maine banai hai”
They both looked at me with complete disbelief.
One laughed, “ha ha… kuch bhi…”
Iski toh… Ye toh maan hi nahi rahe hain…
I firmly said, “arre maine banai hai….”
One immediately asked me, “achcha bataao Banku ke friend ka naam kya tha?”
I said, “Jojo.”
They both looked at each other. They were amused. Ye toh sahi bata diya isne…
One said, “wo toh koi bhi bata dega… tv mein itti baar aati hai…”
I stopped the car and removed my shades and said, “abe oye… mera naam vivek sharma hai… maine banai hai Banku waali Bhoothnath… kabhi mera naam type karna google mein toh same chehra dikhega… daag waala…”
They checked scar on my face… and one said, yaad rakhna ritesh, right side mein hai…
They wanted to check that scar is on right side so that in Google if its in wrong side… I am gone…
Ha Ha…
Indian Cinema ke 2 bade mega stars ke saath film banaane ke baad bhi identity crisis…
I loved it…
Then finally one kid asked me to give autograph…
And I said , “jab kuch bann jaaunga tab autograph dunga…”
Still time…………………………………………………………..

Real…Unreal…
Mirror always shows just the opposite of what you are…
Our right is his left and our left is his right…
I was waving my right hand and me in the mirror was replying back with his left hand:)
Mirror Image…
Real and un-real…
Its amazing how in nature or in our discoveries we have all the means to find what is real…
Even then we live in an un-real world..
Un-real world of our illusions and dreams…
Un-real world of our expectations and failures…
I meet a lot of people… most of them want to make it big without even knowing what they are capable of…
Without even knowing that its not in them…
They don’t want to realise and they don’t improve..
They look into the mirror and find themselves attractive but they don’t realise it’s the mirror image.. not real… or may be what they are seeing in the mirror is real..
They use mirror to check their decoration not their real person.
I asked my friends two days back that do you know who you are?
They proudly replied, “yes”
So they know who they are and even then confused what they want to do in life?very strange…
It’s not possible to know yourself and not know what you want.
I don’t agree with it.
I think most of us don’t know who we are and what direction of life we should take.
The reason is, we are un-real…we don’t want to know the real or truth of our lives.. because dreams are always colourful and we are colour blind in real life… )
We need to see mirror once again to see the other side of us… The real side..
Reality check.. That’s what we need.
We are talented, we are good.. But to be the best we must know who we are.. and we must improve in our efforts to achieve our goals…
I hope I am making any sense…:)
Have a nice real successful life:)

REAL...:)

Clarity…

One Wrong Turn..
One wrong turn and I was stuck in the traffic…
Traffic of life…
Unpredictable twists and turns…
Its true, if we are not clear what we are doing or which path we are going to follow, we are going to get stuck… pakka.
Sudhanshu was reading some article and said, I wonder such a small country Britain is and they ruled the whole world… how?
Clarity in every move makes you a winner… a leader…
British spoke with clarity… they knew the language and effective use of it…
They gave instructions and the world followed…
Clarity in the thought process… clarity in designing…
When we were busy developing so many new languages, they were fading in with one definite language, English.
A lot of time in our conversations we use “this and that” kind of phrase as we don’t know the right word.
It’s not because we don’t have a good vocabulary but its clumsy thought process.
We need to be clear in everything we do…
That’s one thing I follow strictly…
Even if I fail, at least it has a clarity why I failed.
Clarity comes with age and experience, but we must make an effort.
At least let’s be aware of this.
Small things like selecting dishes from a Menu in a restaurant needs clarity.
Generally we end up with the choice of the waiter…
And we call it experiment… that’s Tukka… fluke…
Let’s not make our lives a fluke… we are educated… we know what we must do… hai na…

Clarity To see Far...

Cherish Life… :)
I have never heard that any animal or bird has ever committed suicide..
They live…
They survive any or all seasons…
They live from sun rise to sun set…
They (sun)rise and get set(tled)…
Only we live or try to die everyday… in the process to live we forget to live…
We don’t cherish what we have… we want something which will never come to us…
I am talking about future plans… strategies… achievements… and long list of desires…
Never ending hunger to achieve more…
And we lose our precious present time… Vartamaan…
When I read or observe or watch any film which is based on wars or those tough times, I realize how lucky we are to not have faced difficulties what people have faced…
History has clearly gave us definitions and reasons for what not to do… and how to live and cherish what we have…
But we have not learnt our lessons…
We try to die everyday… we have forgotten to love each other…
How beautiful it would be to sit with your parents and appreciate what they have done for us…
It’s so beautiful to just gift something to your neighbor for being there as your neighbor.
There would be so much of fun to call all your friends, who think that you have forgotten them and have a blast… dance… talk… talk loud… argue…forgive… hug… smile… sulk… cry…
That’s what make us human being… isn’t it?
I know stress has increased… status… success… failure… studies… love… relationships…
All have occupied our lives…
But we must live each moment and thank god that we live in a liberal country… We live in a great ambience…
We are rich in thoughts… we are growing and growing…
Just take a pause and look at yourself… you are so beautiful… look at that smile…
So many people love you… so many are trying to get in touch with you…
You are so popular…
You are so human…
Enjoy every moment…
Cherish life… :):)
Happy Dhan-Teras…

gayatri choudhary... full of life...
