Condition Yourself…
Life is unpredictable… so are we…
Mood swings, attitude change, change in relations… so many seasons we go through..
Some we choose, some we just face…
We must learn to condition ourselves with all kind of unpredictable happenings in our lives.
No matter if its on the professional front or personal front.
Animals have an amazing instinct to forecast weather. We have that instinct too but we believe that it won’t happen.
But it happens. And it bothers us.
We are never ready. I don’t know why.
We never anticipate. We generally take it easy. Its like studying only in last three months for the exam.
In cinema we travel a lot. In different time zones to different moods of unit members.
No one can imagine how we go through mood swings of 400 people. That’s the strength of any regular unit most of the time.
Everyone is so demanding, expects more than their status. Not ready for the unpredictable.
Largely seasons are set. We know three definite seasons. We know when it arrives but even then we remain lazy to condition ourselves.
I am talking about life, and its unpredictable ways. When we are not ready, we call it hurdle… When we are ready we call it process…
And process we always enjoy…:)
Condition yourself. Don’t crib. Just come out of your comfort zone and enjoy.
We are the privileged ones who have better life, better food and major survival instinct. Just use it correctly and be ready.
Don’t get surprised, surprise life with your preparation.
Face it head on. .
And be a winner….

ive just started bloggin and your blog was the most interestin! you have definitely not faced the ‘grey weather’ if i may call it!! i have always been an optimist and shall continue to be one despite the constant hurdles life keeps introducin!!!
but then one fine day one does surrender and give up on hope!its been a constant struggle for 23 years for me on the ‘personal front’ that is and things are still very very blur!
so im sorry to say all this pep talk about how we tackle life does not amuse me at all!!!!

Jaanvi ji… i have had really tough time which you can’t even imagine… but i call it process as i chose my life… i am a die hard positive and conviction s the word which keeps me alive and kicking:)
I am here for a certain reason and will do my job in my full capacity..
I know, its easy to say and difficult to follow… but i have overcome a lot of negative…:)
and would wish to pass onto you…you seem very knowledgeable and understanding…
you will win all tough situations that i know…

You are absolutely right, I love to challenge life, of recent, well the past four years, I have suffered from breaking my leg, which lead to other health problems and then being made redundant from my job of nearly 10 yrs..This year I have said to myself I will make it my year, I have overcome alot of health issues, and other matter and finally got a job, which started 2 days ago…Im enjoying the fact that I can now take on the challenges again:)

The last which I heard was that the cyclone had passed Mumbai without harming anyone… thanks to the prayers of all… sitting far away lots of thoughts go through the mind about the well being of all… so it is a relief….
Since last few days I wanted to write about Juhiji, saw her recently on a couple of advertisements… she looked absolutely fit and free of age factor… is it beacuase of the hobby of learning vocal music she has started or it is because of yoga ? Incidentally, Juhiji has crossed all the hurdles in life with grace, dignity and courage of a truly respected person… we do not hear scandals of her, we do not hear her crying foul, about bread=ups or for that matter wearing or carrying herself in an undignified manner….. hats off to her…. from this remote town of Satna kindly tell her we all like her and hope to see her more in different roles…

I must somehow feel to agree our fellow blogger Jaanvi Ji .
Sometimes life unfolds in very cruel way ,you never know and during such time you feel so alone & lonely , under the pressures of responsibility( I am positive person & to me responsibility is a real privilege and I love to be in society who knows to serve) ), I am following my dads life about service to humanity , he is retired social servant , taken VRS to serve the society.
I read your blog to strengthen my capability of positiveness, your few loving words sounds a great deal to me , thats why I asked you other day that you yourself reply to all queries of fellow friends & bloggers.
Vivek ji those are few moments after those moments I am back to this world of expectations which I feel cannot be fulfilled even if you give everything you have , still people expect more, service to others are lost case in todays world, whosoever it may be , expectations are huge .
How to get out of this , involved in this are your own
appke apne hi hainn, come what may few things no one can change its individual centric.
Please advise.

What you say is so very true. We cannot afford to live in a fool’s paradise forever. While one should always expect the best, at the same one must be prepared for the worst too. We rest assured in the belief that our plans are totally foolproof, but when something starts going wrong then we despair and seldom know how to react. Therefore, prudence says that we must always have a contingency plan as backup.

It has started raining here since last morning… it is cold and windy… we have been busy preparing Kshitij for his Half Yearly Mathematics paper….life goes on as usual. There is no replay in life… I tell Kshitij… if you loose out on the exam. it cannot be changed… he nods his head and starts playing his pranks with Stuart our pet rat… does he understand ? Do we understand..? Admist all this we do the same when there is no repetation why not to do what we like… like for ourselves, for all… I ponder…and think let us all live for the peace, tranquility and betterment of all…. Thanks for your kindness. At Bhopal apart from studies he was into playing cricket at the Old Campion ground which has produced the likes of J.P.Yadav etc. He was into dance…drama…activities where he showed his skill… he did workshop of Javed Khan Sir and reached the finals of Inter-school dance competition and won a special prize at the Finals held at Ravindra Bhawan at Shyamla Hills. A keen learner he imitates and copies well and makes others laugh. He was liked in his school and had a big circle. Kshitij has many certificates to boast his credentials. But, that was at Bhopal…
After being transferred to Satna… in a new school where there is only studies… he has lost track… lost the enthusiasm to enjoy… ENJOY… the art of joy in everything…. he has become a remote self of what he was only in a span of few months.
But, as we struggle with him… we realise there will be another day… another opportunity… another Javed Sir… Rithik Sir ( his dance master) or a Chenani Sir ( his cricket Sir) who will guide him… show him the path… the path of joy, of enjoyment and of beautiful creativity…..
Till we wait of this…. we pray… for all … for everyone’s betterment…

जीवन एक अनंत यात्रा है। जब तक यह जीवन है , चलते रहना है। हजारों किलोमीटर लम्बी यात्रा के लिए भी सबसे पहले “एक कदम” बढाना ज़रूरी है। और यात्रा पूरी होने के लिए भी आखरी “एक कदम” भी ज़रूरी है। कहने का तात्पर्य यह है कि हम सबको यात्रा के शुरू करने से लेकर पूरी होने तक गतिमान रहना है। हौसला नहीं छोड़ना है।
कहते हैं, हम इंसानों के पास सब कुछ है बस “सब्र” नहीं है। और यही हम सबको “निराशा” की ओर ले जाता है। जीवन को कल-कल करता हुआ एक झरना बनाना है ठहरा हुआ तालाब का पानी नहीं।

Hello Vivek sir, a very good after noon! Its a very interesting topic u came up with. You have very rightly mentioned that we always have to be prepared for the unexpected cos most of the time that is what happens….Things we plan seldom does it turn out to work out the way its supposed to. So by mentally preparing ourselves about the unexpexted….we do ourselves a lot good. Atleast there wont be any room for anger, aggravation or any sort of dissappointment!!!
